The ability to autonomously and remotely monitor a worksite, in either pre-planned or on-demand circumstances, is vitally important to protecting the safety and security of the people and assets in those locations. Through our Field Foundation Models™️ (FFMs), Field AI gives mobile robots the power to autonomously navigate any environment, and relay critical visual or sensor information about what’s happening at any given time.
It isn’t always possible or practical for humans to monitor worksites in person at all times of the day and night. Field AI enables robots to handle this task themselves, by autonomously patrolling the exterior of a building or jobsite location on a scheduled basis. With a wide range of camera options (including night vision or infrared image capture) the robot is able to detect anomalies and relay those images back to a remote monitoring station in real time.

Facility interiors also require regular monitoring, whether it’s to stay in line with compliance requirements or when alarms or other conditions need to be investigated. With Field AI’s autonomy stack, robots can systematically patrol and monitor the interior of a facility, including hallways, stairwells, and tight spaces that may be difficult to reach. The robot can also be operated remotely to respond on an as-needed basis when alarms are triggered.
Industrial facilities can pose significant hazards, and keeping people who work in them safe is a critical responsibility for the companies that manage those properties. When powered by Field AI’s autonomy stack and equipped with super-human sensors, robots can detect chemical spills, fire hazards, radiation leaks, and other dangerous conditions far earlier and more safely than humans alone can. Field AI-enabled robots can also be deployed in search and rescue operations to help keep first responders out of harm’s way.
